Harmony Project Vocal Groups Featured on KTLA’s L.A Unscripted

March 14, 2024 - Harmony Project students from two high schools in the San Fernando Valley, San Fernando Senior HS and Sylmar HS, were recently featured in an episode of KTLA's show "L.A. Unscripted".

The segment discussed our organization's mission and how we use music to enrich the lives of children (K-12th grade) from under-resourced communities. It also highlights the positive impact that Harmony Project has had on the students' lives, not just through music education, but also through building a sense of community and friendship.

Harmony Project's Vocal Director, Sara Logsdon M.A., shared her passion for providing access to music education for all her students and the high schoolers talked about their opportunities gained through our program.

The segment showcases the dedication and talent of the students as they showcase their vocal skills and musical abilities, which have been nurtured and developed through Harmony Project's free programs. We are incredibly proud of our students and grateful for the recognition from KTLA for our mission and work in the Los Angeles community. Through Harmony Project, these students are not only learning about music but also about the power of collaboration, discipline, and perseverance.
