Anthony "Tony" John Barletta, MD was a medical doctor, a screenwriter, a bike racer, an adventurer, a studio executive, a passionate lover of music and life, and a great friend. Tony loved learning, thrived on challenge and considered the violin to be the most beautiful and challenging instrument in the world; his relationship with it became one of the most treasured in his life and a respite from his high-pressure world.

The Tony Barletta Fund was created by his friends to provide instruments to Harmony Project students in the hope that their lives will be equally enriched and that his love of learning, challenge, and adventure will inspire generations to come. The Barletta Fund has raised $89,000 to date!
